PAYING BY CREDIT CARD
All our online credit card transactions are processed by paypal. When entering the checkout area please select the paypal option if you wish to pay by credit card. Select the I do not have a paypal account option, if you do not have an account. You are not required to sign up for a paypal account in order for your order to proceed.
We also offer Google checkout as an alternative to paypal for those needing to pay by credit/debit card. If you wish to use google checkout just choose the google checkout icon during the check out process.

PAYING FROM YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT
If however you do have a paypal account you will be required to sign into your account and use funds already in your paypal account or from your credit/debit or bank account registered with paypal. If you attempt to use a debit or credit card registered with Paypal you will not be allowed to use the I do not have a paypal account option. In this case you must use a card not registered with your paypal account.

Postal Charges
We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days of them being placed, unless otherwise stated on the category or product page (if we are unable to do this we will attemp to contact you).
Orders with a Value of £29.99 or less are charged at a flat rate of £2.95 within the UK, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.
Orders of a value of £30.00 or over are delivered free by a standard non signed for method within the UK. If you require a special or signed for method then a mimimum of £7.99 charge will still apply.
Ireland & EU orders are charged at a minimum of £7.99 regardless of order value.
Please note that some orders been posted to the EU or Ireland may incur extra charges you will be contacted by email if extra payment is required.
All other international orders are charged at a minimum of £9.99 regardless of order value and may require additional payment. If additional payment is required we will contact you by email.
Signed for methods are not included in the free postal offer for orders over £30.00.
Please note that if you are a resident of Guernsey, Sark, Herm, Jersey, Jethou & Alderney or any other out lying Isles. An additional postal charge may apply on top of the standard £2.95 for orders under £30.00. Our free postal offer for orders £30.00 and over does not apply to these destinations. If additional postal charges apply you will be contacted by email after placing your order.
Orders shipped to an address outside of the U.K cannot always be refunded if items are lost in the post.
Orders placed for a plus size or plus size Halloween costumes will be dispatched in a minimum of 7 working days. But during busy times they may take longer if you require your items for a certain date then please email us at sales@funkyhen.com
